Chai Latte

Technical Difficulties

So I want to say that I love these candles and like the Chai Latte fragrance. This was the fourth candle I have purchased. The instructions say you must burn the candle for three hours in order for the wax not to pool, to make sure that it settles evenly. Yet I keep having an issue where my wicks are burning down And I have to spill out wax in order to get it to burn. And I didn’t even trim my wicks because I had a problem with the first candle I bought, and I thought I learned what to do. Would really like to know what to do differently.
