Never should’ve left

I am a Puroast fan, but for a while I ventured out trying different brands just see what else was out there comparable to Puroast. We’ll, the answer is, nothing. I’m back for good! I missed you, Puroast.

Very Disappointing

I had high expectations for this coffee but but was very disappointed. I purchased this for use in my Delonghi espresso machine. Upon opening the package I found the beans to be very dry...not my normal experience for espresso type beans. I first tried them using my normal settings for this type of bean. The espresso came out weak and tasted awful. Upon examining the puck in the portable filter I found only the outside edge had any moisture. The rest look like ground cardboard. I had to dig the puck out with a fork. Very unusual to say the least. I tried numerous different settings with no success. When I tried grinding the beans on a fine setting the opposite occurred...the puck was way to wet. I have used several different types of espresso beans in this machine with much success. That was not the case with these beans. I think the overall problem is there dryness. I reached out to Puroast for their suppost but have never received a response. Sad for a company that claims to provide excellent support. I do not recommend this coffee or this company. Sad because I really could use low acid coffee. Oh well...moving on.

Every morning my world stops while I make my cappuccino. I'm now in my 70's and this is the best coffee I've ever had in my life! I start every day content and happy! Thanks Puroast!
