Barely feel the needles

I have used multiple derma rollers, and each time I used one, the micro needles felt like they were jabbing my scalp, but the 540 Titanium is smooth as butter. The first time I used it, I barely felt the needles, nor did it tug at my scalp. So far, it was a comfortable experience. I highly recommend it.
