Best glasses i ever had. Fair price compared to what u get , lenses awsome , red lenses works perfect in swifting weather , almost hundred percent protected from sides. Excellent!

please help
i chose this brand because i believed in the NL vision, but now my faith is slowly fading. please help. i requested an exchange for order #1579. i was asked to send it back. it's been over a week since NL received my return. no email back. nothing in the mail. i'm upset for the lack of communication. if there's life circumstances that may be happening, your prayers are with me. so please, i'd like reply back. i'd like to leave on good terms. please refund my purchase. thank you
