I roast decaf coffee for my wife and the Mexico Organic Chiapas WP decaf has worked out very well. It’s an easy roast, smells and tastes delicious. When my wife’s happy, I’m happy!

I love the flavor, I always look for notes of chocolate. I mix it with caffeinated beans half and half.
