A solid model and battlemap. However the packet containing the stats for the model was a bit difficult to figure out how to use in 5e DND. This didn't impact my experience too much as I used my own stat blocks anyway, and only used the model. However this product is advertised as pre-made encounters for DND 5e, so making it difficult to use for that pupose is a bit strange.
