My first use with this worked great. All I did was put the downstream tube in a gallon of simple green, sprayed off a semi, and rinsed it off. Even with hardware from a firehydrant, it didn't leave any streaks. The nozzle holder feels strong and seems like it'll last a long time as long as you don't lose it. Overall, super happy with that purchase
