Ethiopia Dry Process Kercha Haruse

I love this bean. We have tried many types. I only use manual roasting with the Behmor roaster. You have to leave it on P5 until it starts browning then P4 until temp drops below 285 then P5 again until first crack at 295. Roast one minute then cool.
