Good quality wood. The customization was great. It is very loud. I wish there was foam or rubber to muffle the noise.

Terrible, low quality work. They send you used items and do very poor customer service work. Not worth a dime. Better off ordering from a smaller brand on Etsy then this company. Definitely would not recommend!!!
