12" Desktop LED Glow Ring Light

Whilst its a good size and it worked the first 3 times now it just flickers ... And if it does randomly work, I can't change the lights settings. Is there any way I can return it for a new one?

This light is fantastic, no more ghoulish shadows! Easy set up, I can definitely recommend :-)

Helps to counteract side/back light from a big window

The light was easy to set up and worked as described right away. I have my webcam on a small tripod in the middle of the ring light, in front of my large monitor, for online meetings. I use it to provide more even light in my face because I have natural light from a window on one side of me.
