I've owned a kross bag for about the past year now and it has served me really well. I saved up and was just about to buy a bigger version of the bag I already have but I called in with some questions before I placed my order. when I was on the phone with skunk bags I told them about how much I like what I already have from them. the woman I spoke with was very kind and she decided to generously send me a bunch of extra free bags along with my order. when they arrived it was like Christmas Day around here. I ordered one bag and got sent like five of them. including a free kross bag. Now I have a bunch of smaller bags that I can organize stuff with inside of the big bag that I bought. and now I have enough extra bags around that my young son can use one too. we both use these everyday and I have nothing but good things to say about this company and their customer service and the quality of their products. 10 out of 10, this is the single favorite thing of mine that I've ever bought for myself.
