In the past I purchased 2 other e-reader sleeves from you and loved them. This one, however, was disappointing. It barely fits my KOBO Libra Colour. I have to force it in, it is so tight. I don't know if you sent me the wrong one, or if this one is just sewn wrong. I felt let down.

The first order I received unfortunately arrived faulty; however, the team were so quick and happy to assist with a replacement. It was wonderful customer service. My replacement is great, it’s such a lovely design.
