Great protection no doubt, visually not brilliant.

Application isn't too difficult, although the recesses along the centre of my cranks required a slice with a stanley blade and numerous applications of heat. Be very very careful you don't apply too much heat as this stuff rapidly turns to goo. I have complete faith that these will protect my cranks arms from shoe rub, the material feels fantastically hard wearing yet also not grippy which is ideal. My biggest disappointment by far is that I didn't realise just how unattractive they look.. it isn't great
