Not many roasters commit to a true light roast. When they do it well, you get to taste the coffee rather than the roast. This one hits that mark. The flavour opens up as soon as it brews. You get clarity, balance, and a clean finish without any of the burnt, heavy notes that hide origin character. The acidity is bright but controlled, and the sweetness carries through the cup. If you enjoy coffee that actually shows where it comes from, this is a standout. It’s one of the better light roasts I’ve tasted in a long time.
