Extremely low retention, _Love_ the rotary tapper mechanism - very satisfying to use. Very bad 'popcorning' - it is not uncommon for large pieces of beans to be thrown out _while_ pouring beans in (I use a 'hot start' when grinding.)

This grinder is incredible, and with the SSP MP burrs, its the best bang for your buck on the market. Im gettng eapresso that is clarity forward and refined, while still balanced and sweet. This grinder, while posessing a few quirks, is punching at a level reserved for Zerno and Weber. Cant recommend this grinder enough!

It’s a flawless grinder. For me, the one drawback is the size of the hopper that collects the ground coffee. From a design standpoint it’s beautiful, but it’s too small for my needs.
