Fittonia albivenis 'Zalm Ruby Lime' "Nerve Plant" 2"

Firstly, it looked almost nothing like the picture. The colors were there, but it was NOT the same leaf style at all. Secondly, the fittonia I received was about 1/3 the size of the one in the picture. Thirdly, customer service was very rude when i simply asked about an update for my order.
