I ordered this for a dear friends wedding gift, which is happening on Sunday. It arrived today, and I carefully unwrapped it only to find that the invitation was raised at the corner did not have the accent mat that I requested, and the frame was also nipped on the top left corner. And forget about taking it to a local frame store if you have one in your area because they don’t do any framing! Which means you have to send it back to Kansas for them to redo it. So be careful about you trust them with and consider your timeframefor when you need it.
