Harvest Snoozer

I love the print and we have loved Fletch; we have purchased quite a few prints. We got this snoozer with what appears to be a manufacturer defect. There is a section of stitching completely missing on the zipper. I had already taken the tags off and noticed it as I was putting it on my little boy. It hadn’t even been washed yet. I was hopeful there would be a way to make it right, as LS has done with me in the past. I was offered a 25% refund, as an exchange was not possible because they were out of 2T. I really didn’t have the energy to fight with them and took my measly $7 refund. I really considered buying the 18/24 in Harvest because he still fits in them, but I’m a bit sour. Other companies have offered a good discount on my next purchase if the print was out of stock. This was my first issue with Fletch and I’m not super impressed with customer service. I have supported them hard and even left other brands to support Fletch. I will be returning my business to the other brands because their customer service is top notch. Sorry Fletch, we loved you but I’ve spent too much money to not be taken care of in the event of a manufacturer defect.

Love that they aren’t super thin…and hold up super nice in wash!
