I tried to reach out to company to exchange for a much smaller size and still a week later no communication. Customer service awful 😖 Even if you don't exchange or refund on items sale or final sales someone should still be able to answer emails or return calls or even if they had a phone number for the company to speak with an actual person that is better than no communication at all. On a positive note the print is beautiful and as much as I love the idea of buying another same outfit I quess I'll have to get spend the money to customize it for me.

Only upset that I also found this on Fashion Nova for half the price.
