Every member of the team I spoke to was unbelievably nice and understanding

We did have an issue with the order, which does not seem to be commonplace, but when it came down to it and I contacted them, they sorted it out quickly and professionally. On the product end, I love the Life Trax counter muchmore than any I have had in the past. I am just not a big fan of metal or 3D printed ones, and when I got to feel one in person from a friend, it checked every box I was looking for. I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in a life tracker that is leaning away from metal and 3D printed designs.

Solid construction, makes a satisfying clicky noise every time I update my life total. 10/10 would recommend
