Mexican Etched Old Fashioned Glassware

I paid an extra $10 for a gift box and the 4 mexican glasses were packed inadequately(not bubble wrapped for shipping) and just in confetti type paper and one glass arrived broken. this was a gift and shipped from ALB to San Francisco. They did immediately replace the broken glass, but still... sending glass not bubble wrapped is not proper. I should have been refunded for the gift box price but wasn't
