IMMUNE SHIELD | Lactoferrin + Vitamin C

My third month of taking this supplement and I haven't caught’ anything so will continue to take throughout the winter season.

I received it with a capsule broken which is disappointing, I don't think it was packaged properly. Considering the whole point of it is that the capsule protects it from stomach acid, I think it should be safely packaged to prevent damage. As for the efficacy of it, I've only just started so I can't really say.

This has become a must have for me. If I start to feel run down, I just take it before bed and it stops me from getting sick. I recommend it to everyone I know now.
