Reversible Cast Iron Griddle Sear Kit

Does what it is intended to do and the ability to flip over for a griddle is fantastic. It’s not a lightweight piece and you need a larger grill if you are cooking other items for a larger group. It definitely will give you a sear!

Heavy duty

Very heavy duty/ heavy. Haven’t used it yet as still needs seasoned. Seems to be high quality.

Reversible griddle was a great addition to my flagship , great quality.
