Very happy with the customer service surrounding my purchase! I had some questions about the order and delivery and they were answered promptly and in great detail. Unfortunately the cape turned out to be to big for me, but that's partly on me for not reading measurement specifications closely (although as a EU 40 I wouldn't have expected to need a petite because that usually denotes a small/slim figure, neither of which describes me). I've requested a return and will be ordering a replacement soon!
