Not Ready for Prime Time Product

The product does NOT work as billed for the average magician. The product assembly is poor. The ramping of each 4 cards does not work for most pockets. In their own video they admit that the product (DEX) may fail apart. Due to the poor assembly of this product, I am NOT likely to be able to use it in a performance. Their Instructional video it terribly long at almost 3 hours. It's hard to watch and POORLY edited. Lloyd like to talk to much. Since I have been made to think about it I would like a full refund.
