Customer service is the absolute worst. IF and when they respond it is AI generated which is useless. It took 2 minths to receive the device. Ive only work it a few days, and feel absolute nothing. Im amready wondering if its “snake oil”. But its my own fault for falling into good advertisement.

I think its working because i feel a bit strange. Plus i find the necklace on it when it comes is perfect.
