They are beautiful counter stools and very good quality!!

Stools are very nice but one chair had a little damage on it and called customer service three times because the agent told me she was going to send me an email so I can send back & provide pictures of the damage. Each time she said she sent it and we verified my email address each time. Kinda got the feeling her training included this type of diversion after the third time trying . The lack of a follow up phone call back to me after not receiving my pictures after the third time kinda backs up my theory.
