The assembly process was stress-free, and I appreciated that no tools were required. One thing to be mindful of during assembly is threading the legs into place. Because of the thread pitch and length, it could be easy to strip the threads if you force them or tighten them too aggressively. I took my time and used both hands to carefully thread each leg piece one at a time. The directions also recommend not fully tightening anything until all pieces are threaded in place, which definitely helped. I really like the 180° swivel with the memory return feature. The seat padding is a bit firm, but still very supportive, and the backrest is supportive as well. It took a little time to get the chairs perfectly level. The only thing I wish could be improved is the tightness of the leveling feet. They’re easy to adjust by hand, but they feel slightly loose, and I could see them needing frequent readjustment over time. A lightweight thread-locking compound might help with this. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend these chairs.
