Eucalyptus Cross Stitch Kit ~ Bothy Threads

This is my first cross stitch kit and overall I'm very pleased with it. The amount of thread supplied is very generous, so no chance of running out before the pattern is finished. The only gripe I have is that the printed centre lines, (vertical and horizontal) aren't aligned with the printed grid on the pattern. As a newbie, I kept counting from the centre lines instead of the grid lines with the result that I kept putting stitches in the wrong place. On the plus side, I have gotten very good at unpicking stitches! I'm not sure why the centres and grid lines are slightly offset, maybe there is a good reason that will become apparent as I progress in the hobby. Other than that, I am finding the kit to be excellent. Definitely recommended!
