Beware of the import tax and no customer service

Item itself fine but bought two pairs of shoes and a pair of insoles and paid £79 import tax (to uk). They’re lovely shoes and insoles but shoes including import tax are nearly £175 a pair and they’re not worth that I’m afraid. No customer service at all (chat facility doesn’t work and every other avenue leads you to chat) so conveniently I can’t complain about this. Would not buy again
