gfJules Gluten Free Cornbread Mix

I don't make it, except around once a month, but this mix is exceptional, when I use it. I would like to have more ways to use it, rather than just making cornbread in a pan.

I make my Corn Pudding with gfJules cornbread all of the time! It's Perfect!

A little dense but we like putting chunks in our chili!
