gfJules Gluten Free Bread Mix

The basic bread turned out great, so next I made the cinnamon raisin bread. I did stir all of the brown sugar and cinnamon into the dry ingredients before incorporating with the wet. It turned out to be delicious. I am going to make French toast with it this weekend.

It’s the o lot gluten free flour that I can eat. I mainly use it for my GF sourdough bread and it has been great.

Easy to make and yummy. We add cooked, crumbled sausage and cheeses before baking.
