gfJules Gluten Free Bread Mix

At first, I was a little nervous about making the bread for the first time, but I was pleasantly surprised the directions were very straightforward and there was not many ingredients that I needed to add. I even bought a new loaf pan for this because I was so excited. Needless to say it’s absolutely delicious my husband and I both love it and we would definitely purchase it in the future.

I’m almost finished with the first loaf. It came out dense and I forgot the sugar . I’m the only one eating it so it’s slow. I actually like it it’s better than store bought. I received my order and I’m looking forward to baking another loaf. I will send a picture and I hope I do better. Thank you.

Used the mix for first gluten free sourdough bread. I used Jules starter recipe and sourdough bread recipe. It turned out great.
