Custom Shampoo

Package arrived good. Unfortunately the issue i keep having is with the pumps. I purchase a small size bottle for my conditioner and a large size bottle for shampoo and received 2 pumps for large size bottles. Easy fix- just snipped a bit the bottom of the straw. However, the biggest issue is with the locking mechanism of the pumps. If i lock them it is almost always impossible to unlock no matter what I do and I end up having to pour. Very inconvenient when traveling. I hope this can be fixed.
