To be honest i was a little disppointed because the kbee and the ankle pads are exactly the same. And when you pull the pads over the knees the seam tears. The quality is therefore not very good. But the freezy feeling is fantastic!

The sleeve cover the whole knee it’s so comfortable and really cold when first putting on what I like you can’t be mobile while cold is applied
