The concept works, and it is comfortable. The downside is it doesn’t hold the temperature very long.
We use it primarily for icing and it lasts 15min tops before it’s room temp.

The sizing chart on the website is spot on. I bought a knee & elbow sleeve and they both fit perfectly.

Doesnt last long enough goes warm after 5 mins bit disappointed as its says to keep it on for much longer But i cant becomes hot very quicklly
