Berkshire Pork Cutlets

These are the best cutlets ever!

Place these in seasoned flour, egg and Panko crumbs, quick fry in a cast iron skillet with olive oil and butter. Add slices of lemon! So delicious and a quick meal when served with minute rice!

They were delicious! I ordered thrm the second time and looking forward to them again—first time made them like Schnitzel and this time will be rolling. But while I am at it I made your pork shoulder the other night and it was the best my family ever had. We are loving all the meat//Thank you for all you do!

great for schnitzel

I loved all the meat I have gotten so far but I especially love the cutlets. Very tender and we have made German schnitzel out of them and they were delicious. We highly recommend.
