Missing mix

I’ve emailed multiple times about the fact that I was missing a bag of mix and i’ve gotten nothing but ignored. If something I wanted wasn’t in stock, businesses would contact you and offer you a refund or a replacement, not just send a package without what I PAID for. Completely disappointed in the lack of care and will not be shopping here or recommending.
