Overall I give it a four. The windows were fine. They opened and closed like they're supposed to. The well wall was fine. The ladder was okay. It's secured and it was solid. The top cover was pretty janky and for instructions there wasn't any. However we got them in homeowner was Super happy with it. Still trying to come up with something better to secure the lid but yet make it accessible

The egress well and ladder at 5 star quality. The casement window itself is only 3 star. The window is made of good quality materials, but the way the closing mechanism is built it didn't quite fit right so there was a slight draft. I had to bend the metal brackets that the handles secure to in order to get a tight fit. The metal brackets are made for adjustment, but the way they fit on the window frame there is no adjustment possible. Seller shipped super fast and everything on the pallet was well protected.
