I ordered several pair of Colonial Bayberry tapers for Christmas gifts. When they were received, I thought 4 were broken. I contacted them and they asked for pics. When I removed them from the packaging, there were actually 5 damaged. I sent them the pic along with a note that there were actually 5 damaged. A couple of days later, I received 4 tapers in the mail. I emailed thanking them for the replacements, but asked why only 4 when there were 5 damaged. They quickly responded that they had not received my email indicating that there were 5 damaged. I didn’t expect to receive the fifth one in time for Christmas, but they got it to me in time! VERY IMPRESSED!!!

I love these candles and would recommend them to anyone

It’s a tradition every Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve to light a big berry candle and these were very exceptional in their smell
