1 Button Remote | 312 MHz

After purchasing a less expensive garage door remote opener that I could not to sync with my equipment, I had to purchase the company brand remote at a much higher cost. This remote easily programmed to my opener.

I was a little skeptical about the remote that I needed would work as there was a negative review on the Door Parts website. So I called Tyler and spoke to him before I ordered. He reassured me that it would work and was able to get two remotes programmed right there on the phone with me and also paid for and shipped them before we closed our call. They both arrived within a few days and both worked right out of the box without any further programming. My opener mechanism is an Overhead Door model 450A at 312Mhz with 9 dip switches. I unreservedly recommend Door Parts and specifically Tyler. He was responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy and I have no reservations about ordering from him.
