The product quality is at an acceptable level. However, the screen became chipped and broken after only two grinding sessions. Poor handling during transportation resulted in scratches, impacts, and deformation.

We loved the chipper however, the head of the outlet shoot keeps loosening which causes the shroud to drop and blocks the outlet. Also, the nuts holding the locking breaks in place came loose durring use and we've had to replace them. Lickouts will not work without these nuts. As for the chippers work abilities, we chipped 6" branches from a red Oak and it made beautiful chips with no effort. A few minor adjustments and this would be the perfect homestead chipper.

The product is nice just be aware of the long wait time and make sure you get the delivery date in writing.
