5th pair of Topo's I own. This works great as a cross trainer. Slightly more heel cushion than the ST-5's and just a bit tighter in the mid foot, but this provides some needed stability for fast footwork drills. Outsole is great for gym/indoor cardio days. I wouldn't pick this as a daily running shoe.
