2022 Silverado 8L90

Super simple install. Perfect fit. Wish a new gasket and orings were included in the kit, but I purchased them from GM and had them in hand prior to install. So far so good temps have for the most part stayed around 140 degrees. Mostly 55 mph state route driving in WV hills.

Easy Install

Consulted with my transmission guy and he said would be a good thing although these torque converters and shift valves are prone to failure. Said the best thing is regular service. I put new gasket and O rings on and checked for leakes. Have yet to drive it to see results.

Threads were stripped. Took it out the box to install it and tried to thread the bolt in and the bolt fell straight out. Looked at the threads , nothing but messed up threads.
