I liked the padding on the back and straps, and the rod in the back of the laptop sleeve for structure was great as well, the waterproof cover is great and the backpack material feels very good. The padding on the inside and the numerous inner pockets keep things secure, and the spacious side holders fit my water bottles comfortably. Very well-made backpack that’s big enough for anything I want to put in it and is proportionally sized to my height and body. I have no complaints about it at all.
