You need to include clear, specific instructions for mixing AND using. In which order, how to apply, how to clean off, etc. Give me step by step instructions. I got empty bottles, but no clear directions on HOW to mix. I ended up using too many tablets for the bottle because it just wasn't clear. Don't give me a QR code to scan. GIVE ME DIRECTIONS ON THE BOTTLES. I used the products as best I could, and unfortunately it did not remove the mold.
