wrong emblem

i have been ordering from uniform world for 1 year with absolutely no problems. this last order that came has the wrong emblem on them! im not sure why ti was so difficult this time? they were asking for things ive never had to provide before just to get the correct emblem. so now I am in posession of two shirts with the wrong emblemand i cannot send them back because they say its my fault because i did not send them what they needed. Baylor Scott and White referred me to Uniform World. The only unform store in DFW that does their emblem, and you don't have the emblem of file? its bad enough Baylor Scott and white does not pay for the emblem, but now I have two shirts that i cannot use for work and I paid for the emblem as well. very dissatisfied
