Disappointed with product and customer service

I purchased the Ignik heater/stove and have been disappointed so far. The unit has a high-pitched whine that will not go away, which makes it really unpleasant to use. For something meant to be used around camp or in a quiet outdoor setting, that noise is hard to ignore. To make it worse, shortly after I bought it, Ignik dropped the price with a sale. I reached out hoping they would accommodate or offer some kind of price adjustment, but they would not. Between the constant high-pitched noise and the lack of flexibility on the sale price, I’m not very satisfied with the purchase. I expected better from the product and from the customer service.

Love the skullet. Works great in ghe outdoors and on our porxh to cook of a meal real quick plus it cleans up easy.

Easier than Blackstone to transport

My skullet has been easier to transport than my Blackstone griddle. I really enjoy cooking on cast-iron, and the skullet caught my attention. It definitely throws off a good amount of heat as well - but my purchase hasn’t coincided with cold enough weather to need that. I enjoy setting it up - It’s a breeze to get going.
