Went for email option and provided my own SD card. Followed the instructions which were provided. Took around 30 mins as stated and brought my Audi MMI bang upto date. Ready to travel to France Thanks Again

The order was processed a day later than they wrote by email because I wrote to them several times that my MMI and Audi system was giving me an error. I had a response within 48 hours, but the response was surprising, that it must work, that I was doing something wrong... I followed the procedure exactly, I bought the recommended SD card and my software still doesn't support it, I asked IA, so according to what they sent me, it won't work on my unit, but unfortunately I haven't received any response, I'm sorry, my satisfaction is 0.00 nothing. The money is wasted and it doesn't work.

Easy and quick.

Couldn’t have been any easier. Download the files onto memory card, slotted it into the car and done the update. Instructions were clear. Apple car play works as it should.
