Necklaces are even prettier in person. The packaging and shipping were top notch. I will be ordering from them again. I especially love how easy it is to work the clasp. I'm in my queenager era and having a bigger easier to to use clasp is fire. I also appreciate the extra rings to be able to adjust the size. Well done!!

Necklace was a perfect gift. My wife loves it and was delighted. Excellent delivery time. For feedback I think it would be a good idea to send out the package in discreet packaging. By chance my wife didn't see the post when it arrived but if she had of, the surprise would have been ruined as it is quite clearly printed with the metal&bloom. Not a criticism just constructive feedback 😊

Lovely pendant, find the chain a little tight on me but that is my fault for not reading the length, would have been good to have been able to slip off the pendant to replace with a longer chain but cannot do this without brakeing the chain, definitely wearable though just a bit shorter than I usually like
