Urban Stems Support ensured we got the arrangement

We did have a big issue with the original delivery method. The arrangement arrived late & wilted. Very sad. Worked with Urban Stems support to give them the documentation needed. Some mis-communications on when a replacement arrangement would arrive & how, but it finally worked out. GORGEOUS arrangement delivered.

Different flowers

The flowers were beautiful but did not include any blue which was pictured. Was disappointed with the selection

Flowers are a beautiful arrangement. My wife loved them. That’s all that matters to me.
