The recipient was overwhelmed by the bouquet….the best reaction. The delivery was made on time, as expected.

Flower arrived a day late and starting dying a few days later. 1st order that this has been an issue. More than likely a shipping issue so not necessarily on the merchant.

Absolutely love the ease of ordering flowers from this site. Been doing so for a year now. This is the first time I've had an issue. . . . something as simple as the missing note for the flowers. . . simply saying JUST BECAUSE. . . never made it with the flowers. Thankfully the amazing woman these were sent to know exactly how they were from. This minor overlooked detail is actually a huge detail.
